About me

We started our Executive Search practice in 1986 with the name of Technology Consulting Executive Search and in 2007 our operation changed name in Must Consulting by merging with Must Informatica, a similar company with more than ten years experience in Executive Search. From 2007 Fulvio Ferin is a Senior Partner of Must Consulting.

Today’s senior executive is handling a "moving ball-game" of complex, interactive and often confidential issues. Increasingly there is the added international dimension with its differences of culture and business approach but with the need to work "border-free" in many aspects.

Successful businesses are established, nourished and expanded through the accomplishments of key people, complementary people of talent, energy and dedication, individuals whose ability complement and contribute to corporate goals.

Future strategy and future human resource planning have to go forward hand in hand. In such an environment the services of a consultant can only be of value if based on total trust both in terms of competence and confidentiality. These criteria demand long term relationships between client and consultant.

With international affiliation to Marlar International Search Network, one of the industry’s most efficient research capabilities, we can identify, evaluate and attract highly qualified candidates in a range of vital fields, including Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

To meet these criteria our organisation has been built up as an equal partnership of internationally experienced individuals whose objective is to provide an interactive service where quality is more important than quantity. Quality in the context of consultancy is only meaningful if coupled with continuity of interface. These elements provide the foundation stone of trust.
