Client Satisfaction - Guarantee
If the candidate voluntarily resigns during the trial period of employment, or the client finds it necessary to request the resignation of the selected candidate, we will then continue to progress on the assignment, for the same position, without invoicing any further professional fee.
Fees, client satisfaction & guarantee

Fees
Consistent with the standard of executive search industry, our professional fee is based on service and depending on position and location, typically one-third of the final candidate’s estimated first year’s total gross compensation and agreed with the client in advance. In addition, we are reimbursed for expenses such as long distance telephone calls, candidate travel, consultant travel, etc. Our initial retainer is presented at the beginning of the assignment. The second instalment is due when the client has seen two candidates whom he rates as valid or make a job offer to one of our candidates. The third instalment is due as balance on signing of a contract of employment. If additional candidates are hired as a result of this assignment our fee will be one fifth of the estimated first year’s total gross compensation for each placement. Fees for assessment are charged in addition, depending on service required.

Client Satisfaction - Guarantee
Most important from any client’s standpoint is that we guarantee to present fully qualified candidates, skilled professionals who meet the specifications essential to the position. We also guarantee that a search will continue until a successful candidate is hired by the client organisation. A client is assured that the Partner responsible for the search will bring to the assignment a wealth of experience, enabling him or her to complete the search efficiently and effectively. If for any reason the candidate voluntarily resigns during the trial period of employment, we will then continue to progress on the assignment, for the same position, without invoicing any further professional fee. If, during the trial period of employment, the client finds it necessary to request the resignation of the selected candidate for reasons that would have precluded employment (had they been known at the time of employment) the same guarantee applies. In either situation, the only charges to the client are expenses incurred during the replacement process.
