We are retained by our clients to identify highly qualified candidates throughout
all functions for key positions.
Assignments are handled by your search consultant who spends the time to understand
your requirements, agrees a list of target companies and positions and prepares
a briefing document.
If the candidate voluntarily resigns during the trial period of employment, or the
client finds it necessary to request the resignation of the selected candidate,
we will then continue to progress on the assignment, for the same position, without
invoicing any further professional fee.
We work exclusively on the Client’s interest, while protecting the Candidate. We
don’t work as broker or agent, but provide an in-depth consultancy service for companies
aiming at a long-term satisfactory results.
